the event opens at 12 noon Friday 10 March 2017 and closes 12 noon Sunday 12 March

a programme of entertainment will be published closer to the time

we will be offering accommodation packages in conjunction with certain B&B's and self-catering establishments in the town... 

 

\\T-SHIRTS, BADGES & SOUVENIRS

your rally badge is free with your entry but only GUARANTEED if you pre-enter... if we run out of these it may take a while to get one

if you want a Rally Tshirt (and there are a few designs) you MUST pre-order TAKE A LOOK HERE for designs

other souvenirs will be on sale

 

\\BREAKDOWN SERVICE

we will be arranging a breakdown service to fetch motorcycles within a certain range of the event should you experience a breakdown to your account

 

 

\\SECURITY & LOCKERS

there will be security on site

secure your belongings as the organisers accept no liability for losses

please respect other people’s property

the organisers reserve the right to eject any persons for anti-rally behaviour without refund

 

 

 

\\CASH OR APP

this is a cash only rally, but we do have Snapscan and Zapper options on site

 

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

tregistration and entry to the event can be done at the site provided our entry limit has not been reached

 

 

\\WRISTBANDS

you will be issued a wristband and must wear this at all times

anyone found on site without a wristband will be required to leave the site

 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

bringing your own alcoholic beverages to the event is strictly prohibited under the licencing conditions and is subject to confiscation
